Buying flowers for yourself and your loved ones at Emotion Alanya is now even more rewarding. Earn bonus points after every completed order and use them to pay for part of your future purchases.
The more often you order flowers, the more bonus points you accumulate in your balance.
How the Loyalty Program Works

Place and pay for your order at Emotion Alanya.

After your order has been successfully delivered, bonus points are automatically credited to your account.

On your next order, simply let our manager know that you'd like to use your accumulated bonus points.

Bonus points can be used to pay for up to 50% of the cost of eligible products participating in the loyalty program.
After your order is completed, you'll receive information about the bonus points earned, your current bonus balance, and their expiration date.
1 bonus point = 1 Turkish lira (TRY).
How Many Bonus Points Will I Earn?
You earn 7% of the actual amount paid for eligible products participating in the loyalty program.
Bonus points are calculated after all discounts have been applied and after any previously earned bonus points have been used. No new bonus points are awarded for the portion of an order paid with bonus points.
Example
If the total value of eligible products is 3,000 TRY, the customer earns 7% in bonus points:
3,000 TRY × 7% = 210 bonus points.
Eligible Products
Bonus points are earned on products marked as participating in the loyalty program.
Eligible products may include:

Bouquets and floral arrangements

Single-variety bouquets
-
Flower boxes and baskets

Other floral products from Emotion Alanya
You can always check whether a specific product is eligible with our manager before placing your order.
Bonus Exclusions
Bonus points are not awarded for:

Delivery fees
-
Balloons
-
Sweets
-
Products that are not included in the loyalty program

The portion of an order paid with previously earned bonus points
The bonus terms for certain products and special offers may vary.
How to Use Bonus Points
You can use your accumulated bonus points to pay for part of your next order.
Bonus points can cover up to 50% of the cost of eligible products participating in the loyalty program. The remaining balance must be paid using your preferred payment method.
Bonus Expiration
Bonus points are valid for 183 days (6 months) from the date of your most recent completed order that qualifies for the loyalty program.
With each new completed eligible order, the expiration date of your bonus balance is automatically extended. The current expiration date is included in the message you receive after your bonus points are credited.
Once the bonus points expire, they can no longer be used.
Example
The total cost of eligible products is 1,000 TRY.
The customer uses 500 bonus points and pays the remaining 500 TRY.
New bonus points are earned only on the amount actually paid:
500 TRY × 7% = 35 bonus points.
Program Changes
Emotion Alanya reserves the right to review and modify the terms of the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. Changes may include the bonus earning rate, bonus validity period, rules for earning and redeeming bonus points, the list of eligible products, and other program terms.
The updated terms become effective as soon as they are published on the website.
Bonus points earned before the changes take effect will remain in the customer's bonus balance and may be used under the terms that were in effect at the time they were earned.
