Letter #2. Everything Begins with Mom

Hello again! It’s Shahida and Alina.

Today, our flower studio feels a little different. The ribbon seems softer somehow, the flowers appear to bloom just a little wider, and our hands naturally move more slowly and gently. Because today is Mother's Day.

This morning, we received an order from a man who asked for "something very delicate that will make her cry with happiness." He was talking about his wife — the mother of their three children.

Then another story touched us deeply.

An urgent order came in for a large flower basket. The customer called with a worried voice, hoping we could deliver it as quickly as possible. We did everything we could — gathered the flowers, prepared the arrangement, and sent our courier on the way without delay.

But when he arrived, the customer's mother... refused to accept the basket. She was so surprised and never expected to receive flowers that she was convinced there had been a mistake. Only when she heard it was a gift from her son did she laugh — and, we think, shed a few happy tears.

Later, we received a call from another country.

"I won't be able to fly home," the customer said, "but please make sure my mom feels my love."

We don't simply arrange flowers.

We carefully place into every bouquet the words people wish they could say to the person they love most. We wrap unspoken feelings in ribbon and petals, giving them a way to reach someone's heart.

Because every mother is a love story.

A love without conditions, without deadlines, and without expectations.

Today, we also want to thank our florists. Every one of them is not only a talented florist but also a mother. Every bouquet they created today carries a little of their own care, warmth, and heart.

And to our entire team — those who prepare the packaging, make the deliveries, help, support, and care about every detail — thank you. You create much more than a service. You help people express their love.

Thank you, moms.

Thank you for teaching us what love looks like.

For simply being you.
